The head of operations is one of the most efficient, effective workers I have ever encountered. The head of product management is the best product manager I have ever seen. Brand strategy is headed up by a fun-loving creative genius. Human resources seriously creates a safe place to be open when you need help. Even the engineering team is fun and very good. The talent truly speaks for itself. Also, dogs are allowed at work, and that seriously brings so much joy into the day.

Like any startup, there are growing pains! There are frustrating times, but you just need to go in with the mentality that growing pains = growth.

Decent base pay. A few good coworkers.

Rampant incompetence. Leadership with little to no actual knowledge or experience. No opportunity for growth or advancement unless you're one of the in group, then they'll make up a new title for you every year or so.
