It's a recession and you need a job.
Cons
Terrible benefits. No group RRSP, no annual bonus. Everyone is overworked and HUGELY underpaid. You have to drink the Koolaid in order to survive here, don't bring up grievances and praise leadership often. Else you're terminated.
