I work from home and so I create my own schedule. As long as you reach your goals that are collaborated on at the beginning of each year you are good to go. I have been working here for almost 11 years and hope it never ends.
Cons
I have yet to experience any downsides. Sometimes I wish I worked closer to some of my co-workers for that experience of working with others, but its' been great.
