      -coworkers are friendly -easy parking -flood close by

      Cons

      -low pay -management tries to micromanage everything -no use of personal phone at work at all (means everyone has to go on a fake bathroom break just to make a call or send a text throughout the day) -dont really care about employees at all -harassment of employees from management can be embarrassing to witness

      Its a good job as a starting point. The customer base is great to work with. A good team is what makes FoodTec okay to work with since you will rely so heavily on them to accomplish your caseload.

      Lack of Training No Raises No Growth or Advancement No Internal Documentation Lack of Communication between Departments
