Unfortunately there are some bad apples. The sheer lack of leadership creates endless and unmanageable chaos. Directives are given with only vague considerations causing relentless delays and basic anarchy as the entire team awaits approvals. Speaking of which are feats in themselves. We were told to email, text, call and even stalk people after hours to receive approvals. Mind you this is before said document would be approved by six or more others.To add to the complexity of approvals or any communication for that matter, the required management were chronically absent. Nearly every morning they came in late and left early with a great excuse or even none at all. The lack of support, communication and leadership was compounded with people who consistently took credit for others work. Some people even elicited a High School "clique" mentality working with what I could only describe as one of their best friends. People got away things such as sleeping on the floor during work hours. While some others would bring in their dog for the day completely ignoring office rules.
