Pros

Amazing co-workers Teamwork across departments Collaborative meetings and fostering of growth and idea-sharing Appreciative co-workers and leadership Transparent Leadership that is not afraid to answer the tough questions Leadership expects us to work hard and to do our jobs to the best of our ability!

Cons

There are so many different features that could go into the product to make it better and better, but time and resources sometimes hold us back. Hard work is expected, this is a startup and sometimes that means we have to work a little harder sometimes. We are a start-up therefore trying to get by without doing work is highly visible! In every job there are times where things get hard, that is no different in a startup.

Pros

I truly enjoyed working with my fellow team members, some of the best co-workers I have had in my professional career. They were bright and committed to FoodLogiQ's mission. The company has a lot of potential. It was nice to work on a product that can have such a positive impact.

Cons

Unfortunately, pretty much the entire executive team is incompetent and completely myopic in their strategic initiatives and management. It has caused many talented, committed employees to run for the hills. They seem to be more concerned with their title and image than their employees' morale and long-term growth of the company. It is sad to see a company destroyed by a few megalomaniacs that do not have the experience or talent to hold the positions they have, and keep it through deception, bullying, and delusion.
