Executives and Board Members are only concerned about profitability to the point that it just immediately dissolved the entire PH team. You can't expect growth, stability and security of tenure when people from the top will easily let a lot of people go, and the CEO's words are just "it has nothing to do with everyone's performance and productivity, we are just close to profitability and PH team is a big cost".
