There are many nice people who work at this firm, however most are unhappy with the way the company is run.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch and lower management has no power, which has led to one person with no education in business, accounting or human resources to run the show without authority. This person has a bad attitude and is disrespectful to colleagues and production workers. This has led to a very toxic work environment.
