Would not recommend to anyone - Lab Lead Food Safety Net Services Employee Review

It is disheartening to hear these comments. While I appreciate your wish to voice your concerns, this venue will not be the best way for you to get these comments off your chest or get to a resolution – we have an open door policy here and you know that. You state that you are located here in San Antonio as a current Lab Lead (?) – just a few steps away from multiple resources to assist you in-person with your concerns. Did you actually intend to list a different location? Many of your statements and allegations are concerning and not correct, especially those directed to our employees, quality and accuracy of testing and our customers. We care deeply about our people and go above and beyond to provide opportunities to grow and offer continued support. I have shared your concerns with the lab management team as well as our VP of Microbiology Operations.
