Your feedback is very important, though your comments are concerning. While I hope you have taken the time to voice these concerns to members of the management team at an in-person meeting, I will forward this to the Regional Director anyway. Together we will review and address each one as appropriate. The lab leadership team has been working diligently to make the changes necessary to positively impact operations, employee engagement and customer service. As a company, we continue to train and develop our managers into strong leaders. Everyone is expected to adhere to high standards and lead with a coaching mentality.
