Pros

I’ve been working at FSNS for a while now. I like my job. I work hard – I love me my lab employees and customers. I also like the friends I have made here. I read Glassdoor sometimes and I shake my head – sometimes I giggle at the cra cra, sometimes I am sad and sometimes I get mad. Today I am mad! Whoever posted the executive assistant post is a cra cra liar. Don’t be postin business that ain’t your business! Everyone gets paid fair and on time. I am here for my customers and nobody is takin advantage of nobody. The person you said you are is my friend – and she did not write this! You just keep movin on down the road, sista! And keep your shade to yo-self! These leaders have always been here to help me – don’t be dissin my company! Ba Bye! That’s right, keep movin on down the road.

Cons

The good restaurants aren't close enough to work.

Food Safety Net Services Response

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. I will apologize for the person who has made the false post on 8/28. I am hopeful Glassdoor will see through it and remove it. As you have probably seen, I have responded to it. Everyone at FSNS places our employees and customers at the center of all we do. While I appreciate your passion to attempt to remedy the post and try to clear it up, rising above it is probably the best. I’m happy to talk further if you would like to stop by. Thank you for all you do! Bob Cox, SVP HR.

Pros

Some growth opportunities available depending on location / current lab needs.

Cons

Since it’s part of certified group, upper management does not understand the individual needs of each lab enough to effectively run things. Mandatory overtime at most locations. Not a lot of explanation of how to do certain things or why they are done. Poor wages and terrible health insurance.
