      Cons

      Micromanaging, pretty much looking for a reason to fire you. They keep having job postings available because no one can please their upper management and their scrutiny. Do not recommend for long term career experience.

      Flexibility, room to grow, great team and the work life balance is great especially being a remote startup

      Cons

      The fast paced environment can be challenging, but by managing your time and tasks it is reasonable and not a place where you feel overworked. No cons from me
