Lot of politics by managers
They will treat employee like a slave. Doesn't even care when you are on vacation or sick
Not good for experienced people.
Lot of people will try to drag you down.
No fun activities/team outings. Only one outing per year.
Be aware of fake reviews given by some craps
Bad hikes
No facilities
You have to work till 12 PM daily. Don't even think about work life balance.
No job guaranty they will fire employees whenever they want by not even providing excess salary for notice period
Don't expect a fixed role they will hire you for java development and you have to work on manual testing doesn't even cares in which technology employee is interested.
Worst project execution strategy.
