Pros
The product will basically sell itself if you can lie well enough, opportunity for travel, Sold on salesforce paper so no real heavy lifting
Cons
inexperienced management with a severe lack of communication skills. CEO and President constantly butting heads and embarrass company on conference calls, too reliant on inbound opportunities instead of direct outreach. The company doesn't seem to have any other plan besides becoming profitable enough to be sold ASAP.
