Pros
Team is passionate and individuals are good at what they do. People are smart and switched on. Great location, very central and accessible to many lines of transport and a lot of good lunch spots around.
Cons
A little bit disorganised at times and feels like general direction is lacking. The message changes quite frequently and few channels for the average employee to have their input and see change. There's a little bit of a vibe of "everyone for themselves" so it can sometimes feel like the teams are fighting against each other and not together.
