Toxic environment with poor management and low pay - Software Support Analyst Follett Employee Review

I enjoyed the fast pace of working a large university's graduation. The people were nice and helpful when I had a question.

There are not any cons.

- Flexible hours and scheduling - you get a PTG Bonus every few months - easy to balance with college - good coworkers and manager

- not a lot of tasks (you spend a lot of time looking busy) - hours are very inconsistent and there aren’t enough unless you can travel between stores - corporate isn’t great and can make working there frustrating at times
