The new manager is great she does her best at what she knows, never worked in Optics before.
Cons
The Doctor/Owner is very in-personable when it comes to patients and co-workers. She shoves patients in and out and doesn't get to know them, she tells all her opticians: "just wright the work sheet out with what lens and add ons I have provided and most patient will just say okay and pay" which is the most expensive options she doesn't want us to connect with any of our patients... but how can we when her schedule is back to back, Patients come in every 15 min and don't finish with the Optician for at least 3 plus hours. Patients are 'Welcomed" bye a rude and unprofessional Receptionist, and then are there for hours...so bye the time they are done with the Dr they are in such a rush they won't want to purchase or just pick the first frame they choose. This office is also very unorganized and a disaster. No one could even help if they wanted Everyone is so busy with all the patients coming in on a no Dr day with all the issues they are having because everyone is rushing to make the Dr. money. Over all I would not recommend working or sending anyone to get services at this company.
