The worst decision I made - Healthcare Recruiter Focus Staff Employee Review

I left a large staffing agency because of promises made to come over to Focus Staff. It’s all smoke and mirrors. They lied about turnover and how well recruiters were doing in the interviews. I was hired on with many others and trained with them as well. Nobody from the group that trained with me is still at this company. They encourage recruiters to work after hours and on the weekends. I only lasted a few months before I realized they have little-to-no lead generation and no plan to accommodate the majorly shifting market. They blame the recruiter for not being good enough when they don’t offer the appropriate resources to meet the goals they set. I was a very successful recruiter at my previous job. This job sent me into a major depression. I am not sure if they overload the reviews, but I wish I would have looked harder when considering taking this job. The negative reviews are buried on either side by all 5 stars.
