      Pros

      Great place to understand the people and to learn the job. I am with accounting background but was quickly adapted to ERP environment. Good to have a place where you will be enjoying to share your opinions both for the betterment of both you and the company. Your views will be given due weightage. Friendly environment. If you want to learn new things in IT , this is the one you can count on. I left few months before due to restructuring but this does not dent me to update myself in IT , though @ my own space.

      Cons

      As of now things have vastly improved in this company - where the knowledge transfer was earlier incomplete- due to logistical reasons- but today being well addressed by able hands. Hence no issues, I shall admit.

      Pros

      Focus offers great leadership and the chance to have a growing career. As an intern at Focus I was treated more of as an employee than an intern. I was given a lot of responsibilities and got to learn and work hands on with the software and solutions they provide. They provide great training programs and mentorship that make transitioning into this field very easy.

      Cons

      Communication with developers and headquarters in India can be difficult at times.
