Pros

Everyone seems inviting and most of the staff is friendly

Cons

Extremely high staff turnover Management is terrible (because they view CEO as a god, otherwise they seem to be great people) CEO makes erratic decisions They rope you in for benefits but the benefits are never provided You’ll be told that your position has suddenly come available because the previous person was promoted (the previous person never existed) or because they’ve created the role for you (also a lie) Overall extremely unethically run

Pros

Learning so many new skills and just got to attend my first event with the company a few weeks back which was a phenomenal experience

Cons

Long days when working at the events and could probably do with a few new hires in some departments

Pros

There are no kangaroos in north Sydney

Cons

The CEO is a compulsive liar. Honestly the biggest narcissist I’ve ever met in my life. In my interview they described themselves as a great company to work for that won the ‘work place of the year’ award - total lie. Fake targets, fake commission and I’ve even seen people hit their target and then get sacked for no apparent reason (especially if you’re on a WHV). The management team lie for the CEO and always talk about light being at the end of the tunnel, but there isn’t. People tend to either put on loads of weight or end up on medication working for this person - if you value your mental health then you’re better off working for McDonald’s.
