I found that the sense of professional distance between staff and clients (while necessary) extended amongst staff. I found everyone polite but no sense of cameraderie or genuine warmth. This meant a lack of communication too. Also a little overly PC. I got brought up to the office for being 'overly chatty' with a co-worker at lunch-time (which she felt intruded on her personal space) and then brought up again for 'not being communicative enough' due to me being afraid to open my mouth. Now I have my degree, I won't be applying to work them.
