Fun and fast paced - Anonymous employee Focus Integrated Employee Review

Great team, everyone pulls together in busy periods and lots of scope for progression. Work hard and you will be rewarded. The MD is approachable and hands on (which I have rarely experienced in past jobs) and is very supportive. Such a fast paced environment which isn’t for everyone, but if you like juggling your workload then this is the place to be! Never a dull moment and I have never experienced the days to drag in the few years I have been at Focus. To be honest I can’t see any other place to be working at that has such a fast paced vibe.
