Steer Clear - Marketing Associate Focus Industries Employee Review

I have been working with Focus for almost 5 years. The people are great. I myself have the opportunity to move up. I first started out in the warehouse and within the year i moved in to data entry in customer care. from data entry i moved into actually being a customer care/ tech. support/ and inside sales. Within my second year working at Focus. You really have to be motivated in learning and willing to give it your all. Been grateful to Focus for giving me a chance to grow. Of course give it sometime to move don't expect to move up within the year.

Traffic to work and home

There really is nothing here that I would say is a "Pros".

The workload is insane. The company is not organized and no roadmap to follow. The owner is not friendly at all!. and no free coffee.
