Great colleagues, but culture shift after private acquisition - Vice President Focus Financial Partners Employee Review

A fun atmosphere in the offices and great people in all departments. The company feels a bit like a startup since merging and creating this "new" company but it's not overwhelming at all. They are spending money in all the right areas and should be set up for great future success. The benefits are absolutely amazing and the health insurance is super affordable and covers more than any policy I've ever had.

They seem to be leaning away from WFH. New job postings are primarily by a main office and that seems to be isolating them from a lot of potential new talent.
