      Pros

      Great place for young person to get experience. Some managers care. Bonuses and pizza parties.

      Cons

      Poor pay and lack of empathy and healthy leadership on the Director level. Overwork good employees to make up for all the no shows and late employees. Can mandate.

      Creative employer. I was impressed with his innovation and aggressiveness.

      Money was always tight. I wish there was more marketing investment.

      Pros

      Flexible, entry level employees will have advancement opportunities. Provide learning experiences that you can take to your future career.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Managers make barley above minimum wage. Entry level employees can be at starting pay for YEARS as there is no type of review process in place. No paid breaks for entry level employees either. If you are on on the phone(telecommunications) you are not getting paid. Can make it hard for employees to get required hours in. Extremely high turnover.
