      Incredibly close knit culture, amazing team, and excellent exposure for interns beginning their career in investment banking. Opportunities to take on additional responsibility come quickly, and the analysts genuinely look out for their interns.

      Nothing that doesn't apply to virtually every other investment bank

      Pros

      I was able to really grow and learn a lot while interning at FocalPoint Partners. The team is a lot of fun and they are all very helpful. If you put in the work and show that you actually care they will help you with anything you need.
