5yHello there, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that your experience felt limited and that you weren't able to fully participate in the things that we organised. This was something we have identified and are uncomfortable with. Any new social/team activities are being planned to minimise this, if not eliminate it entirely.
To pick up on the rest of your review; we're focusing heavily on the career development piece at the moment as we recognised that people were looking for more from us in that regard. We will have career paths for more than half of the business rolled out by the end of this month.
I'm concerned that the experience of working with us was stressful and that management appeared two-faced. I would very much like to understand some detail, confidentially, to address this.
