      Pros

      Nice salary, opportunity to start career in a big company

      Cons

      Management doesnt know what they want and what they are doing. As a designer I asked basic questions about their key audience and etc. My lead couldn't answer. Heads of company doesnt respect their employes.

      Pros

      Only remote work was available at the time, which was great. Only good thing that I can tell about this company.

      Cons

      Bad management, incompetent staff (but it's not their fault, the management in the company was the worst thing I have ever encountered), small salary (even by Russia's standards) and a lot of other things.
