Hi there, thank you for your comments. Really sorry to hear you you feel this is a bad environment for you. As your colleagues we are saddened by this and will take your feedback onboard in how we can improve. You’ve listed a few high level things as advice to management as well as the relationship of seniors to juniors. As a form of holacracy we don’t recognise the hierarchal approach so please reach out to your Agile HR team member to discuss how we can help you navigate this as well as other areas like how to cut down on the number of meetings you attend. We definitely know we are not perfect as individuals or the collective, but leaning in with your feedback to your team will help us face our challenges together. So we would encourage you to please reach out to whomever you feel comfortable to in your team or Community of Practice; add feedback into our anonymous suggestion box; or or bring it up in a retro. That way we can try and implement some solutions together, improving these things for you and us all!
