Pros
Good friends who help without hesitation. Try to go with the latest trends in Technology. The company is good for beginners, but only for who have the guts to put extra effort to learn and gain knowledge.
Cons
Not all, but some managers just care about the outputs. They want us to work without any time limit. Day by day changes in the technologies represent lack of confidence. HR Managers are Pathetic. If you ask for an information today, and if you are far lucky enough, you may get the response in minimum 2 days. Hope you understand.
