Pros
Some of the people are great.
Cons
First of all, training was an absolute joke. You’re told to not worry about knowing what you’re selling, to just sell. No one in upper management or training has even sold Flypaper products, which makes it even more of a joke. All upper management cares about is money — they view you (and their clients) as dollar signs. They do not care about Flypaper clients, their clients’ businesses, customer service or their employees. But of course, they do care about their money. Flypaper’s upper management is also unbelievably narcissistic and manipulative while using bullying tactics to try to get what they want. Blatant favoritism allows those bullying and narcissistic tendencies to trickle down to employees that have worked there for years, while they are supposed to be serving as leaders to the team. You are made to feel stupid every other day about the slightest things you may do wrong, which circles back to the issue of bullying and narcissism. They don’t pay any of their employees what they’re worth (most likely in effort to save most profit for themselves) and do not allow their employees any personal time. You are made to feel guilty for setting appointments or taking care of your family or planning vacations during work hours. Upper management will bash past employees in front of new employees, new business partners and new managers. Flypaper has the worst culture, morality and upper management of any company I’ve ever worked for. Because they care so much about money/sales, they don’t care about their current clients or employee needs.
