Pros

Benefits, nice location, grands parties and some nice coworkers

Cons

I don’t even know how to start this list. If you’re a woman, expect to be degraded constantly. Expect to be questioned constantly. Expect to have to put your kids on the back burner and perform no matter what. That is, unless you are in upper management. Also, note there is no one in upper management that does not have a stay at home spouse. I think the word the kids use is toxic. This place is toxic. It’s bad for your heart. You could take me to Vegas 100 times and I would still not go back to this company. (They took us to Vegas instead of valuing us)

Flynn Wright Response

This post was recently brought to our attention and struck a nerve with some outstanding female members of our leadership team. They asked that we address this head-on, which is kind of our style. While gender, creed, politics or age have never been a factor in our hiring process, it is worth noting that of our 9 working departments, exceptional women lead our creative, project management, account service, finance, human resource and public relations teams, including two on our ownership team. Over the past decade, strong female leadership has been a dominant ingredient in our growth and development. You’ll find all these talented leaders listed on our culture page and we encourage anyone applying for a position at Flynn Wright to reach out to any of these individuals to find out what more about the opportunities that might be available to you.

Pros

No, I'm not being forced to write this--I genuinely love coming to work every day. I love working alongside the best of the best in the business, and I am proud to say I'm on the FW team. I am grateful for leadership that cares about having a presence in the community, holds me to a standard that helps me grow, and that I feel like I can come to with anything.

Cons

Getting bigger and losing that small biz feeling
