      Pros

      Culture is everything - you can immediately feel it when you walk into Flynn. Everyone is happy, genuine, and we truly work together as a team to get our jobs done. Weekly 1:1's are encouraged, not to micromanage, but to ensure you are on the same page and for there to be a outlet for open communication. There are fun events throughout the month for employees to get together and it's a company that really does give back to not only their employees, but the community as well. Having a hybrid schedule is a good mix of WFH and office days.

      It is a very fast paced job, articulate work, meet new people, and management is very welcoming

      There is not a lot of hours and the menu is very long.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

      Cons

      I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
