Pros

I learnt what a good company and management/leadership is, by seeing this bad one.

Cons

As I read through the various previous reviews of Flylogix on Glassdoor, you can clearly see those directly affected and a portion of the ~40 people who lost their jobs when FlyLogix Ltd went into administration in March 2023. Now it is Flylogix Holdings. Easy to Google this information to confirm this happened, including the administration. A lot of people and investors were affected by this moment, loosing jobs and investment. You then read the majority of reviews after this period, from what is obviously the management who undertook a buyout, in violation of Glassdoor's terms and conditions, reviewing their own company and saying how wonderful it is. This includes the CEO and CTO, just shows the desperation to change the narrative. This should be a red flag to any prospective employee, supplier, contractor or investor. It’s very easy for the senior leadership team to blame those who were let go (you can see that in one of the reviews below), but ultimately, they did not take the time to reflect on the fact that it was their lack of accountability and taking responsibility for their actions. Easy when you can just reset all your mistakes by putting the blame squarely at the door of the ex-employees and canceling supplier agreements and grant funding that you were unable to meet your obligations. What they won’t tell you is they were spending way beyond their means in wasteful exercises in branding, trying to impress investors with empty promises by using their money, building poorly designed drones, throwing money rather than thought at problems, trying to pretend scale and frequency of flights to customers. Ultimately, the CAA saw through it, Flylogix's Operational Safety Case and permissions to operate were terminated by the CAA on grounds of flying against their safety case. they have them back now but i would challenge that. These flights were management instigated, going against the advice of the team and with pressure on them, the senior team always over road and knew better (even when not at the flying site), without any real technology or aviation knowledge, and management continued to blame the operational teams to the bitter end. I am told they continue to this day to use this story of disruptive teams and unfair regulatory treatment to rewrite the narrative. Just a cursory look at Companies House information shows the non-exec Directors resigning before the company went under. This is open for all to see and why would Directors leave if they believed in the company? So has the company changed, unlikely as even on Glassdoor they are showing their true colours and pretending to be something they are not. I have also heard stories of alleged harassment and aggression of team members who want to leave, and also alledged harassment of staff who have left the business, which the CEO is unhappy with because they told the truth of what was occurring inside the organisation. This again is reflected in some of the Glassdoor comments that it was some bad people in the organsiation that have now left. Again, an example not taking responsibility for their own mismanagement and poor actions, you can see that in some of the comments on this platform. You only have to look at the service and aircraft they are operating, there has hardly been any change in the last 3 to 4 years, in an industry that is moving forward at a pace. So ask yourself, with the drone industry continuing to expand rapidly., work for many of the better companies out there such as Windracers, Sees AI, Callen Lenz, Qinetiq, Tekever, Coptz or Bristol Helicopters…to name but a few who are making big strides forward with people loving their work, or work for a company who has had so many red flags I the past with no change of leadership and from what heard, continuing to treat present and former employees in a manner unfitting for a responsible employer. If you are thinking of working here or investing, I recommend do your research, you will find plenty of ex-employees on LinkedIn who I am sure will help you decide if this is the right fit for you. Many of the former team have gone on to be far more successful elsewhere in the drone industry, so they could not have been as bad as the remaining management says..... Personally, I would recommend you look elsewhere in the industry, as when it goes wrong, your brand will be tarnished and you will not find the journey stress-free in the least. Save yourself those wasted months and years and go to a company doing it in the right way, rather than one that seems to be just playing around the edges and destroying careers in the process.

Pros

Fantastic workplace with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and truly invested in employee growth and well-being. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, take on meaningful challenges, and make a real impact. The team is talented, motivated, and always willing to help each other succeed. Great work-life balance, strong values, and a positive environment that makes coming to work enjoyable every day.

Cons

Frequent travel and time away from home can be challenging, but it’s balanced by the meaningful nature of the work and the sense that what you’re doing truly makes a difference.
