      Leadership is very strong on negative reinforcement, not kind to employees, not strong on leadership, don't give very good directions, bosses rarely answer their phones or questions, don't seem to care much about their employees

      Amazing company and amazing leadership! The bosses do a very good job of training, answering questions, and making sure they are available for feedback and help.
