      Pros

      If you're looking for a role where the company looks after its employees as well as clients, then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Although you can work from home, the Head Office is based in Bracknell, so if you are looking for somewhere closer to London then it's not close enough.

      Reasonably friendly atmosphere, with management that tries

      Cons

      Genuine inexperience and lack of foresight by senior management - who since the start haven't listened to experience If it weren't for the buckets of cash pumped into the company the business would've failed long ago
