      None, except maybe it is more fun then most jobs.

      Cons

      No benefits. No room to grow. No paid vacation/ time off. They do not care about their employees. It’s a dead end job.

      Everyone is very friendly. Guests want to have a good time with you. Cool environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much going and other times there's absolutely nothing going on (which impacts tips).
