Great office, chill, and coworkers are nice people.

The owner took advantage of me and instilled empty promises In order to get me to complete his entire home site project for basically free. Developers beware!!! They said they would start me at 14/hr for two weeks in order review my skills. Not once in TWO MONTHS he reached out to me to negotiate salary even after I consistently worked hard to prove my skills. My only mistake is that I waited to have the project half way done to better negotiate my salary. I basically gave away my work because I thought Radim, the owner, had an once of decency. I gave my two weeks after two months and only then he contacted me directly to instill further false hope in order squeeze out more free work from me, since I wanted to leave before our first deadline. He then basically said he wasn’t even gonna waste his time to negotiate and told someone else to relay the bad news. He doesn’t even have the backbone to tell me himself or why.
