      The team & culture makes it a really nice company to work at. The mission of providing robotics solutions to dangerous environments is inspiring. The target industries and use cases are very diverses and make it really interesting and challenging.

      Flyability is a start-up or scale-up so it can be different from large companies, which comes with both pros and cons depending on your profile and personality.

      Pros

      While the technology is the coolest thing to work with, the team is what makes working for this company an extraordinary experience. We literally change people's lives for the better by making their jobs safer, and we have a great time working together doing so. The work is fascinating and happens in the office but also in the field on industrial sites across the country.
