Product team and process can be better

The tech team are nice guys

I had an unpleasant experience working at Fly365. - Actually most of their front line engineers left the company or planning to leave. - They have no engineering culture just take advice from blogs (without thinking if we need this or not). Decisions are made by ego, not by business needs. - The HR department is just follower, not functional. - They force everyone to stay late at night to fix their issues. - Micro-management everywhere. - They will tell you we are agile driven and we follow the Spotify model and they had no idea what is agile. - They will always give bad reviews about anyone leaves the herd/company.
