Pros
Amazing, extremely motivated people to work with that makes coming into work fun and enjoyable. Small startup vibe but fast paced and professional as well.
Cons
If you are in Jax they do like you coming into the office at least 3 times per week, but are flexible with WFH when needed.

Job titles and responsibilities change often
Layoffs happen often
Unlimited PTO but struggle to even get two weeks without having to work during your time off. This is because they run super thin on employees.
