      Decent place for a newbie, their business model is to hire inexperienced and cheap employees. Newbies at least get a chance here.

      Cons

      Racist and Inapt Managers in France. They have no clue how business works in North America, They pull the strings sitting in Paris.

      Work from home up to 3 days a week, and even more upon demand Autonomy in the work, while still offering guidance when needed Local senior manager accessible and knowledgeable Many VIE so vibrant and fun atmosphere with a lot of after work activities

      Role is not well defined, and we end up doing a lot of tasks above and beyond the role of consultant No defined career path if not based in the French entity
