Pros

- Remote first approach so a lot of people are able to work from wherever they want - People are always willing to help out where needed - Has a start up feel to it so not as many loopholes to jump through to get things done - Annual camp that brings all employees together is a great approach to company culture - Work with a lot of stakeholders

Cons

- Remote first also makes connection difficult - Company values should drive more of the work that is done at the company on a daily basis

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to write a review, It's great to hear that our flexible working, our people and company culture are things you think we do well! We are currently reviewing how we connect as a remote company, including our connection budget to ensure that this is still fit for purpose. We are also actively looking at ways we can encourage and facilitate cross-company collaboration and networking. Watch this space! In addition to the above, we are looking at ways we can embed our values so that it becomes a key driver in shaping the way we work. If you have any suggestions on what we could do, to make this better please reach out to me directly. Thanks Emily Hett (Manager - Talent Strategy)

Pros

Remote work environment, but pretty much nothing else Possibly better if you are an engineer since it is quite tech-led

Cons

Terrible environment if you are interested in furthering a product career. Only focus is cost management and extreme status reporting, no actual product work
