      Pay is decent for current economy

      Cons

      Verbal and physical threats from customers happen a lot more often than they should. Hours should be spread over 5 days however you will most likely end up doing less days due to the frequency of 12 hour shifts. Changes made to your schedule last minute without any notice and if god forbid you dont show up for the shift they never told you about you are reprimanded heavily.

      Good pays for what it is

      Cons

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
