      Lost some of the people and technology focus that was there before the merger. One of the side affects of being a company the size that they are is it becomes much harder to innovate.

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
