      Brilliant scope to lead SEO strategy and collaborate with various digital teams. Very good bonus, pay and benefits. Genuinely care for staff / family friendly etc

      Cons

      Due to the size of the business, there's a lot of hierarchy and process which causes delays in projects / getting things done quickly. Same at many big businesses tbh.

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
