      I enjoyed working here.... very much a team env in my group. always someone to help you out. Good management. Great benefits both medical and other. great communication from upper management. Sometimes too much.

      at times large workload, but management understands and tries to aleviate.

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
