      Lots of change now Flutter took over, change happening too fast and people who were from The Stars Group feel unwanted. Salary pay levels are low. The company has lost its appeal, TSG management is completely replaced and everything is about making the company Paddy Power who took over the business

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
