      Unfortunately due to the toxic environment created by management, there are no positives I can list.

      Cons

      Management on all levels are extremely disrespectful to their own staff. I’ve seen employees being blatantly retaliated against while our HR turns the other way. I can honestly say this place is the most disorganized, unprofessional, and all around horrendous environment to be in. Favoritism is shown to certain employees while others are constantly criticized by management. I strongly recommend to not apply for this company save yourself the stress and headache.

      Aurora Payments is by far the best payment solution companies that I have worked at, as I have worked for two others prior which didn't compare. Great pay and benefits. Residuals and spiffs / bonuses on top of base are a huge plus!
