Since your time with us, we have taken extra care to focus on recruitment process, onboarding, employee satisfaction and transparency of goals and expectations for each of the roles, including those in Data Science team.
As a high growth startup in a competitive market, we have certainly gone through challenging times in early stages of company development that was particularly putting a lot of pressure on the CEO.
With the senior leadership team in place the employee management responsibilities have become more distributed and balanced as the load is shared across the team.
We have since established transparent systems for employee performance management and received positive feedback from current staff as well as those employees who have left the company in more recent years.
